COLUMBINE FAMILY DAY

My dear Columbine Parents,

This is to formally update you regarding our upcoming activity- the Family Day which will be held on July 24, 2010 at Pasonanca Training Ground.

Yesterday, July 13, 2010, the following things were discussed and agreed by the parents who attended the meeting.

• Food-
The group decided to have it CATERED. ATOA (A Taste of Asia) will be the one to cater us. Each student will have to pay P160.00 (5 viand. 1 rice, 1 soft drinks, and 1 dessert) and same amount for additional number of heads for the family.
Parents also decided to bring extra food to be shared with the group.
Mrs. Hussin- Salad
Mrs. Aceberos- juice
Mrs. Balading – cake
Other parents pledged to bring too but they are not yet sure as to what they will be bringing.

• Class t-shirt
The class will be having their class t-shirt. The color of this is plain white for the body and a lining of yellow in the collar and sleeves. It costs 250.00 inclusive of the customized t-shirt and printing.Tantex/Zamboanga Apparel will do the printing.

• Other things needed
Tarpaulin- (2ft x 10 ft)-24/ft = Php 480.00
Each student will contribute Php.16.00
Tent- will be sponsored by Mrs. Aceberos



Note: All payments and reservations should be made within this week and not later than Saturday.

The assembly time of the said event is at 7:00 a.m. The family day will be a whole day affair. Attendance of the students and parents will be checked and will be credited in their Values Education.
